Order Submission, Fulfillment, Product Availability, and Product Price

You can cancel or edit your order before shipment by contacting PC Part Surfer via email. Once an order has shipped, cancellation or change requests will be denied. You will be billed for the amount stated in the order confirmation receipt. If you wish to return shipped items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a fee of $30.00 or 30% of the purchase price, whichever is higher.
